Superintendent of Weber County Schools notebook, 1890-1893.

This volume contains the record of Joseph S. Peery, Superintendent of Weber County Schools; Peery's deputy, T.B. Lewis; and Mosiah Hall, another Superintendent of Weber County Schools. The record was kept from 28 October 1890 to 30 December 1893 and contains the Superintendents' notes on their daily activities; their visits to various schools in the district, with the names of teachers and their impressions of the teachers' abilities; and the dates of various teacher meetings/examinations. Includes newspaper clippings on education and a brief, handwritten index. Also includes a brief reference to David O. McKay.
